RS2 Software at Cards Middle East 2011 Conference and Exhibition, Abu Dhabi
RS2 Software participated as an exhibitor at the Cards Middle East 2011 conference and exhibition which was held on the 17th and 18th May at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC). Cards Middle East is the largest cards and payment exhibition in the region and it targets banks, retailers and merchants, financial services institutions, government service and ministries among other attendees.
RS2 representatives from the offices in Malta and Jordan were present to showcase the latest modules and functionalities added to the BANKWORKS system. Since the exhibition was held in the region of the Middle East, a high interest was shown in Islamic Banking. It was explained to the clients how BANKWORKS adapts to the Shariah Islamic law and how Islamic Banks can operate using the BANKWORKS system. One of the important BANKWORKS components presented at the exhibition was the Instant Issuing module, by which users can issue an active card to their clients within minutes at any one of the bank’s branches. This enables card owners to have immediate access to the benefits of the new card.
RS2 continues to enhance the system in order to remain competitive and keep on offering a leading edge payments solution. BANKWORKS is a system that has helped customers maintain leadership in payment innovation, compliance and localisation.
