To take advantage of expanding Internet capabilities available to the public and the financial services industry, RS2 has developed the Internet Card Banking Module. The module is a unique addition to the BankWORKS family of modules designed to administer card management functions.

Internet Card Banking is expected to offer improved customer service capability to banks, service providers as well as other financial organizations by allowing direct on-line cardholder or merchant access to card related financial information. Up to date balance or transaction data via Internet and Intranet is now possible.
Internet Card Banking also includes on-line capability for card issuers and acquirers to enter applications at central or branch locations. Incorporation of the Internet Customer Service in a BankWORKS installation offers two distinct benefits including:
Improved cardholder and merchant satisfaction, and
Reduced operating cost
The Internet Service Module is being consecutively expanded according to the market requirements and customer needs as it is designed to allow full access to the BankWORKS functionality using the Internet service.
Using the Internet Banking, BankWORKS enables the cardholder or merchant to be served by the issuer or acquirer organizations authorized to handle these functions, and not controlled by technical limitations. This potentially saves effort and cost for the organization and at the same time it will improve customer service and satisfaction.
