Junior Systems / Database Administrator (JSD 002)
The Junior Systems / Database Administrator will assist the Systems Administrator and the Database Administrator in their day-to-day tasks supporting the IT operations, practices and projects. You will also be responsible for RS2's backup procedures, technology inventory control and will be required to help the company's Oracle Database Administrator with the maintenance of the Oracle servers and data management.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic to embark on a career leading to a DBA or SysAdmin and ideally is currently in possession of certification related to these fields.
Knowledge of Oracle Database and Linux are considered an important asset but you will otherwise be assisted and expected to learn these technologies on the job.
Senior Application Developer / Application Developer (AD012)
We are seeking career-minded individuals for the positions of Senior Application Developer / Application Developer. These positions call for team players with strong analytical and communication skills, who take a hands-on approach.
The candidates chosen to form part of a dynamic and professional environment will have programming skills, relational database understanding, a positive attitude, a focused approach towards technical documentation, team spirit and the ability to meet deadlines. Previous experience in financial services software development would be considered an asset. You will be using one or more of the following technologies:

Business / Systems Analyst (SB014)
We are seeking motivated individuals who are ready to join a multi-cultural team of project managers and systems analysts. As part of this team you will have the opportunity to work on projects for our global clients using RS2's Project Management Methodology framework.
In this position you will have various opportunities to travel to our client sites and analyse their requirements. You will also be working closely with the global card schemes (e.g. Visa, MasterCard and American Express) and will have access to their suite of testing simulators allowing you to perform quality assurance activities. Your typical work activities would be to:
Work closely with global clients to gather their requirements
Perform gap analysis
Draw up functional specifications
Perform quality assurance
Write user manuals
Implement solutions at client side
Applicants for this position must have experience working on analysis of enterprise IT solutions and must be ready to travel. Experience in the payments industry will be considered an asset.
