Disputes
Most sales transactions are being processed, posted and paid for without any problems. With the growth of online payment we are experiencing a corresponding rise in disputed transactions.
Our Bankworks Disputes product is designed to help our clients manage exceptions in the payment transaction cycle efficiently, accurately and on time.
Bankworks Disputes allows users to process exceptions at all phases of the dispute lifecycle, from the presentment right through to the conclusion of each case. All cases are fully recorded and easily accessible.
It includes an automated process that enables our customers to analyse incoming transactions. Rules can be predefined to determine if any of these qualifies for exception. Rules can also be set up to automatically accept incoming exceptions.
In addition to rules dictated by card organisations, you can also set up rules to govern a range of business scenarios. This helps you identify potential dispute cases while also helping you identify dispute patterns and potential problem areas so that you can address issues early.
